Only a two year old...

Only a two year old would want to sit next to a bug in a vacant house and share his goldfish with it.


On another note, this morning the 2 year old independence exerted itself in a super sweet way when Micaiah wanted to pray all by himself. During breakfast he said he wanted to pray, and when Scott started to walk him through the words of a prayer like he usually does Micaiah said, "No daddy. No mommy."

He prayed, "God, thaaaaank (he rarely says thank *you*) Abby dog, na bah (which means banana bread. He was eating pumpkin bread at the time, but kept calling it banana bread), Ashley (he recently learned that I have a name), menga (which is how he says 'amen').
